Harlem Dowling

Harlem Dowling West Side Center (175th St) and Central (125th St) for Children and Family Services is a nonprofit social service agency dedicated to serving and assisting children and their families in times of crisis and distress.

Street Project plans monthly activities for each of the two centers for the children that are both entertaining and educational. These events provide the children an opportunity to explore all that New York City has to offer in a safe and structured environment.
