At Street Project, we don't just provide opportunities for individuals to volunteer. We're also building a community of young professionals in New York City. We host regular social events to bring our members together, to make the big city a little less big and make us all feel connected to something a little larger than ourselves.

Amid the large population of New York, people are often looking to meet new people and feel connected to a larger network, outside of work and other affiliations they may have. They're also looking to give back, and that's where Street Project comes in. We aim to connect individuals to a larger community of other people who are likewise interested in giving back. At the same time, we work to expand the capacity of community service based organizations in New York City both by meeting volunteer demands for current programs and by adding new programming.
