Central Park with Harlem Dowling 125th!
June 12, 2010Free
Please join us for our kick-off-the-summer picnic with the families of Harlem Dowling 125th! This is our annual end of the year event, and it is a ton of fun for both new and returning volunteers! We will meet at the Center at noon, and head down to Central Park for a picnic and lawn games. Since the parents of the kids will be joining us, volunteers can leave straight from park at 3.
Hope to see you there!

University Soup Kitchen
University Soup Kitchen is Street Project's longest running volunteer opportunity. Volunteers serve a wholesome, freshly made meal each Saturday in a respectful atmosphere. The kitchen provides a welcoming place of respite for guests and offers vital social services to those in need.
Kids & Teens
Helping Hands provides two opportunities: 1) With Publicolor, volunteers are paired with middle and high school students to repaint and revitalize public school buildings. Or 2) volunteers can support Change for Kids’ mission to invest in NYC public elementary schools in underserved communities.
