Halloween Party with Harlem Dowling 175th Street
October 15, 2011Free
Come join our Halloween Costume party with the kids at the Harlem Dowling 175th Street Center. We will have games, arts & crafts, and face painting as we celebrate Halloween with the kids. Volunteers are welcome to come in costume. I will also need volunteers to help decorate and set up the games and prize bags before the start of the party and clean up afterwards.

University Soup Kitchen
University Soup Kitchen is Street Project's longest running volunteer opportunity. Volunteers serve a wholesome, freshly made meal each Saturday in a respectful atmosphere. The kitchen provides a welcoming place of respite for guests and offers vital social services to those in need.
Kids & Teens
Helping Hands provides two opportunities: 1) With Publicolor, volunteers are paired with middle and high school students to repaint and revitalize public school buildings. Or 2) volunteers can support Change for Kids’ mission to invest in NYC public elementary schools in underserved communities.
