Drop-Off Donation Day at Dress for Success

Come volunteer at this month's Drop-Off Donation Day! We will be assisting the DFS team with sorting through new clothing donations to prepare them for the downstairs boutique and filling out tax receipts for donors. On some occasions, we will be able to help the team dress clients with the clothes we have sorted! Runs 10:30am to usually between 2:30-3:30pm.  There are options nearby for breakfast, coffee, and lunch.

Hand Deliver Meals to Homebound Seniors Volunteers hand-deliver hot & cold meals to home-bound seniors who look forward to these much-needed personal visits. Paired in twos, we deliver meals on foot from Time Square's Encore Senior Center using a hand-driven cart. The routes are short, usually no more than 10 to 15 stops. Join us for a fun filled afternoon of Bingo with the nursing home residents! You do not need to know how to play-we will teach you! All we need are enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate volunteers. Many of the residents are wheelchair bound and do not get any visitors. This is an opportunity to provide them with much needed social interaction.
