Bingo with Seniors

Join us for a fun filled afternoon of Bingo with the nursing home residents! You do not need to know how to play-we will teach you! All we need are enthusiastic, friendly, compassionate volunteers. Many of the residents are wheelchair bound and do not get any visitors. This is an opportunity to provide them with much needed social interaction. Volunteer responsibility primarily includes assisting the residents in playing bingo. We do require volunteers to bring the residents to the elevators…

Please join us for a trip to the Bowlmor Lanes in Times Square with the kids from Manhattan Middle School. We will meet the students outside Manhattan Middle/ Middle School 326 (164th with entrance on Edgecombe Avenue) at 12:15 pm. We will then travel by subway at 12:45 to get to the Bowlmor by 1:30pm. Drop-Off Donation Day at Dress For Success

Come volunteer at this month's Drop-Off Donation Day! We will be assisting the DFS team with sorting through new clothing donations to prepare them for the downstairs boutique.  On some occasions, we will be able to help the team dress clients with the clothes we have sorted! Runs 10:30 pm to usually between 2:30-3.  There are options nearby for breakfast and lunch.

Paired in twos, we deliver meals on foot from Time Square's Encore Senior Center using a hand-driven cart. The routes are short, usually no more than 10 to 15 stops.
